It's all too familiar. The hot Colorado sun lends way to a drastic temperature drop at night, causing plenty of comfort issues in homes along the way. Whether it's the radiant heat pounding down on your home, cold and annoying drafts penetrating your walls, air coming in around the foundation creating cold floors, or a huge temperature difference between different rooms or floors in your home - especially that room above the garage - we've seen it all.The good news is Rocky Mountain RetroFoam is here to help.

We are your insulation contractor in Denver and serve the surrounding communities. We look at the building envelope and all the systems that are a part of your home and find out where the real issues are. That way the whole system works properly together to get your issues resolved.

Methods such as energy audits, blower door tests, and thermal imaging help us address the root problem to offer a comprehensive solution based on building science that will solve your problem.Create the air seal your building deserves, and the comfort and energy efficiency that comes with it, using either open or closed cell spray foam insulation.

Their estimator spent an hour at our home and answered all of my questions. They will insulate all of the sidewalls in our 2017 home which was under insulated by our builder, Century Homes. Our outer walls are 2X6 construction, but with only 3 1/2" batting. They will fill the remaining uninsulated space.
It has now been a week since their insulation. we immediately noticed the house is quieter, less drafty and the furnace runs shorter periods of time and less frequently. Keep in mind, this is a four year old home built by Century Homes! We previously had 23" blown into the attic, so we should

These guys are such professionals. A free energy consult and scheduled the job a few weeks later. They insulated my attic and you would never even know they were inside my house because their cleanup was great! Definitely recommend!

The installers and office staff I interacted with were very friendly and professional throughout the entire process.
On install day, the installers worked very quickly and efficiently and did a thorough walk through of the property.
I highly recommend retrofoam for anyone with an older home looking to increase efficiency and lower energy costs. Prior to completing this installation, my 1940s Era home had little to no insulation and the energy bills were astronomical for a house with such a small footprint.
This review would've been 5 stars with the exception of price, they failed to honor a

Alex Smith did a fantastic job. He showed up early, was thorough in his prep, knocked it out and left the room cleaner and much better insulated than he found it. Couldn't be happier

The crew at Rocky Mountain RetroFoam were top-notch from setting up an appointment to completing the work. I had two separate jobs completed. 1) top-off the fiberglass insulation in my 1947 home. Over the winter, my heating bill decreased 15%. 2) Had the crawl space vapor guard redone and foam to seal the space up to the joists. They used a white vapor guard which makes it easier to see when in the crawl space. Made a huge difference!

Exceptional quality and service. I can already feel a difference in my home office and closets that were either freezing or baking. Steve the estimator really know his stuff and the foreman Vasily did an exceptional job, protecting the carpet, and window tracks when doing blown in insulation for the attic. All of my wooden siding was reinstalled properly with no alignment issues. My property both inside and outside was cleaned to the point where you couldn't even tell they were here. Super impressed and looking to a more comfortable environment.

Arrived 30 minutes early. The team worked very quickly and efficiently. They finished ahead of time despite the issues of a house from 1954. Vasiliy was a great communicator throughout the entire process. Can't wait to see my heating bill next month.

Was told you’d hardly notice when they go in through the brick and that it’s the easiest. Almost ever mail popped through my drywall, very VERY noticeable holes where they went in the mortar and then they pulled a wire out of my bathroom fan and said they were doing me a favor fixing my drywall and electrical they messed up.

I had a crawlspace and my garage spray foamed. They had some trouble with their equipment, because it was new, but they worked through it and finished the job. The room above crawlspace is so much warmer now, and the floor feels more solid. My garage stayed much cooler this summer. I’ll get them to spray the rest of my house when I replace the siding next year.
