While the labor and the product are important, the service was also extraordinary. On our original call, we left a message, and our message was promptly returned. After getting quotes from a few, Regal was the most responsible (on time to meet, replied with written quote and specs later that SAME day, called/emailed me back to answer my questions). They showed up for the work on time, the guys were all polite and left the yard clean, and the fence is exactly what we hoped for! The price was fair and they really went above and beyond to make sure it was perfect around our trees and shed. Really, the experience was great. Was very satisfied with the service provided. They got back quickly and were out right away to give a quote on what was needed. Even went above and noticed other areas we needed done and gave a quote for that as well if we wanted to add it on. Excellent work and love our new gate. Even followed up after on how we liked the gate and if it was working well. They also ended up not needing to do some of the work they thought but still fixed one of the post and took off some of the cost since the materials were not needed like initially thought. Very happy with their work and would use them again.

We had several quotes and appointments for a white picket fence, and some were flaky. We ended up going with Regal Fence. I felt the quality of their products and customer service was the best. I Had an appointment with Andrew, and he was excellent. He responded quickly to my emails, and we liked the diagram that he showed us. We decided to go with a nice white picket fence made from vinyl/PVC. Don't waste your time calling other fence companies. This company is the best. They will respond promptly and provide outstanding customer service. I had a vision for my acre property to include four custom designed gates. Regal Fence was amazing, they created exactly what I had in mind. The estimate came in considerably less than two other East Valley fence companies. The crew accomplished the installation in about three days and they use fencing materials made in the USA !
