I needed a pump out at my new home. Brooks was quick to make an appointment and the gentleman who came out was nice and professional. We had an unknown issue with our pump a few weeks later they came back out to put in a new one. They ended up just finding roots and pulling them out so we didn't need a new pump after all. They were honest with us and we wouldn't have known the pump was fine. They could have made money by putting in a new pump but they didn't which I love that they were honest. I will recommend them to everyone who needs their services.

Had entire septic system drain field installed on my 2nd home including pump. They were on time, professional and did a great job of installing the system and covering it up with dirt, seed and straw. I was pleased with the pictures they sent. The issue I have is I asked one of the owners to flag and stake it so no one would drive on it and twice they said it would be done. Well I inspected it the other day and it wasn't done and there was tire tracks on it. This is why I asked them to do it and it was important. To say the least I was not happy when I saw that. Why do 99% of the job and not finish

I never used a septic company since i owned this house since 2013 and thought i was long overdue. I called my neighbor who said he is due and he had his done by Chets in 2013 who charged $175. We wanted to pay only $200 We called them and Chet now wanted $250 it seems this is now the going rate everyone charges or $15 off for veterans. We worked together to get the best price Brooks worked out the best price of $220 each for both to be done together. They were on time and left us without a huge mess. Great job Brooks thanks. We bought a waterfront house on a postage stamp sized lot with a failed septic system. The first two septic contractors we hired were stumped. Then we hired Brooks. James found an engineer. Together they found a system designed by Fuji. Then cooperatively, they worked with the Health Department to sheperd through two variances and a modification. Brooks Septic went above and beyond to get the job done. Courteous crew. Professional office staff. Very reasonable pricing. Top notch, for sure.

They did an Excellent job of diagnosing the issue, explaining each step necessary to correct & resolve the problem. They were very efficient, polite, and helpful. Very unprofessional. They did the suptic drain field well, but they broke a water line and left us without water. Had to call for them to return and cap the line. Then they told us they would need to take down part of the fence, but they would put it back. They broke the gate and failed to out the fence back properly. My dog got out. Had to cancel payment in order to get them to come back and repair the fence. They got rude to my son when he went to check thier work. They failed to repair the fence as it should have been.
