Terrible customer service. Paid for a subscription to Angie's List to be able to contact contractors in our area. Sent a very detailed job description to Jordan's Tile for the work we needed done. Jordan's Tile never bothered to respond. We gave them well over 2 weeks to respond. Never did. I'd be concerned at this point that if I hired them for the job and needed to contact them in regards to something pertaining to the work they've done, they wouldn't respond.

I had Tracy Jordan come to my house to install tile in 3 bathrooms and a laundry room. The job turned out HORRRIBLEEE. The tile was un-level in several places, not equally spaced, the grout color was not consistent and to top it off he used a tile with a big chip and stain on it as the first tile when you walk in the bathroom. He left my house a complete mess, his hand prints were all over my freshly painted walls dirt/grout or mortar was smudged all over my bathtub. He did not even clean off the tiles he marked x'es on when he was cutting them. i had to clean up after a "professional
