Jensen's Excavating was started in 1975 as Richard Jensen Hauling and Excavating in South Haven, MI. In the early days of the company Rick Jensen, along with his wife Sandy, and Don and Rob Mielke worked to grow the company in the South Haven area. The primary focus of the company during those years was on residential construction.

Septic/Sewer/Water Report

Jensen's Excavating is a licensed septage hauler (# 80-24) and has the ability to pump your residential or commercial septic tanks. Tanks should be cleaned every 3 - 4 years depending on size and usage. Having your septic tank cleaned on a regular basis helps to ensure you get the longest possible service life from your sewage system.

Have you ever had the “just when you thought it could not get any worse?” Work with Jensen’s and it will be... JUST WHEN YOU THOUGHT IT COULD NOT GET ANY BETTER! Todd is the super star’s - SUPER STAR! I have worked with Jensen’s for 10 years. They provide ongoing service and today Emergency Support, helping to keep our property from being in harm’s way due to drain problems with yesterday’s torrential rain. They are BETTER THAN THE BEST!

After talking with several excavating companies, we chose Jensen's Excavating for our septic project and I'm so glad we did! Todd, Bruce, and team are outstanding to work with. Our septic was installed last week. The project was very successful, and Jensen's is extremely professional and genuinely cares about their work. I can't say enough positive things about this company. My dad has dealt with Rick and Todd and initially referred me to them. I have been dealing with Jensen's for approximately a decade and have had them do everything from small jobs (replacing check valve on sump pump) to larger jobs (replacing the drainage tile around my house/property) and have always been extremely happy with their performance. Todd has always responded very quickly to initial inquiries (same day) and they have even performed some smaller jobs for me within a day of calling them. This is the worst excavating company I have ever seen. They will tear up your yard or drop piles of gravel and you are left to deal with an absolute mess. I will NEVER use this company again...beware!!!
