So, I have been getting my MKZ maintenance in this location for over two years. Oil, tire rotation and tire change out. Four days before Christmas I stop in early (7:45am) with my children for an oil change. The salesman comes out after I check in and sit for 40mins, and says I need new lugs on my tires because the current ones are swollen! (I’ve driven Lincoln’s for the last 14 years throughout the Midwest) I hear this kid in the shop beating something over and over again. I step out and see him beating a socket onto my lug. I’m confused, as I said I’ve been coming here over two years

Worst service experience ever, and I will never use this dealership. They kept my car for 4 days and seem to use my car for a personal use (140 miles odometer increase). To make things worse, my car was hit by another car (Although they say it happened in their parking lot, it might happen during their personal use). To make things even worse, they were not able to fix any of three problems. Even worse, car leather seat and arm wrest were dirty with grease (I don't understand why they didn't use paper protections like other dealers). What a terrible and unprofessional service! I will never use

The entire staff at the Belk Ford Service Department was very easy to work with and schedule my routine oil change and tire rotation. They also have an overnight key drop-off service that was extremely helpful. I plan to continue using the Belk Ford Service Department to keep my F-150 running smoothly and dependably.

If I could I would give them zero. Darker people beware. I was about to buy a car I like off this lot but after investigating this company I found a YouTube video and reviews on the Harrasment a couple darker skinned women experienced. As well as I work with a woman who specifically named this location for running her credit numerous times because she didn't like the racial treatment that was given to her by a sales rep. They had my dream car but I have to pass. How do you run a woman's credit numerous times over months just because she would not buy a car off your lot. All trying to diminish her

Would give less than 1 star if I could. Service department is a complete joke. They kept my 2020 explorer 2 weeks for several issues. They don’t have any loaner vehicles so they expect you to come out of pocket to get a rental. I picked it up and the paperwork indicated that they could not find any issues. The vehicle had not been driven. I had proof that the mileage was the exact same from drop off to pick up. The same day I picked up my vehicle the back up camera was still malfunctioning. I had damage to my vehicle. The flooring had no paper put down so it was very dirty from the workers. I

I've gone to Belk Ford from everything from flat tires, car servicing, and transmission problems. Every time I arrive, I am greeted by a friendly and understanding staff. Paula in the service department is a Saint and deserves all the praise. The other employees are just as fantastic. They're quick, thorough, and understanding. The never nickel and dime you or attempt to scam. They're an honest service. If your Ford has an issue, take it here to get it fixed up RIGHT!

Impressive and professional customer service from Tommy of the sales team. I wanted to purchase one of their pre-owned autos I saw on their website for my son who is a student at Ole Miss. His old car died and he needed a reliable vehicle to get to St. Louis for a summer internship that started on Saturday. My concern was, it was Wednesday, he needed the car by Friday morning, he was in Oxford and I was in Pennsylvania. Tommy took care of everything super efficiently - decent offer on the trade-in, pushed thru all the paperwork and overnighted it for me to sign Thursday morning. Paperwork overnighted

I have owned Fords since 1992 and used dealerships in Houston, TX, Austin, Tx, Shreveport, LA; Batesville, Ms and Laurel, MS. By far the worst dealership of any brand I have ever dealt with. It takes over two weeks to schedule an oil change in some cases. I just wasted two days with them with the problem still unresolved. Ford should yank the blue oval from this shoddy place!

Oxford Toyota is great. Mickey is an amazing guy to work with, who walks you through the whole process. He gave me a reasonable price, talked me through the whole buying process, and explained every detail of the bill. I told him I wasn't sure if I should buy now or wait until after summer when I move here permanently. He offered to store my car for me all summer, free of charge. I dropped off my car there, and they were so nice about it! I love this place :)

12/15/16 Update: I decided to give Belk one more try in an attempt to avoid a large expense to tow my car to Batesville. I was able to speak/work with Pam (Service Manager) after my very frustrating first experience. Pam was VERY helpful and VERY honest. She was honest with me when I brought it back and they were too busy to look at my car the first day even after she promised me that it would get looked at when we talked the day before. But instead of dancing around, making up stories about how/why they didn't look at it. She just said it was a crazy day and they didn't look at

We were looking for white van with a light colored interior...the Belk Team had the very car in stock. John, our salesman, went over the features (unlike some dealerships...John knows his product)...we drive the van (Sienna) and just loved it. The three AC units was a big plus. John also did all the sales documents and it makes the sale a lot smoother. We are pleased with our new car. So we gave a Prius V (44 mpg in town) and the Sienna Van (25-28 mpg on road)...so we are good to go! We are a Toyota family and love the quality of their cars.

Buying a car is never an easy process, but I'd have to say that it was easier at Belk. We talked to Tommy and Jerry, and they both seemed like pretty nice folks. They didn't try to apply high pressure tactics that a lot of dealers use. Pricing seemed ok. Worth checking them out if you're looking for a new or used car.
