Our company in Exeter NH hired R&D Paving Inc. to prepare the subbase and pave our parking lot in two lifts in the fall of 2016.
After one winter, the parking lot started to show extensive cracking as shown in the attached picture. R&D Paving refused to correct the problem and stated that their warranty is only valid for one year.
We are disappointed that R&D Paving does not stand behind their work. Please consider our experience with R&D Paving before you hire them for your paving job!

In my quest to find a reputable company to "top coat" my driveway, I learned from the previous owners of my home that R&D Paving out of Franklin had put the "base coat" down several years ago and I saw that it had held up well, so I decided to go with them. I intended/wanted to have the driveway done in 2016, but I didn't call them until the middle of the summer. "Gerry" quickly came to my residence to provide an estimate and was always available to take my calls and responded to my e-mails with any questions I had. I can not comment on their work, but I can say that the sales person made an appointment with me to look at the work and give me an estimate. He never showed up at the job or called me to give me a reason. I guess that's how some businesses handle customers when they have enough work. I am glad I did not hire them because they do not do what they said they would do. If your too busy just say so, my time is just as valuable as yours.
