Nc Hardwood Floor Rescue completed the floors on the first level of my home and my interior staircase. A few months after when replacing my refrigerator I noticed concerns with poor workmanship. When they completed the work my refrigerator was removed and underneath it was sanded and stained. Poly was not applied under the refrigerator. Instead it was put back & poly was applied around it. As a result large mounds of poly dried around the refrigerator feet and created damage (discoloration mounds of dried poly where feet were- pictures attached.) That area is in worse condition than prior to floor

We had Hardwood Rescue install out upstairs flooring and replace the flooring on the stairs before we moved in.
Hardwood Rescue cost quite a bit more than the other companies quoted us, but we decided to spend more for the company with higher reviews. Unfortunately, this was a bad decision. In less than one year, a large amount of the flooring has buckled and shifted. The stairs were never finished, and were installed in such a way that they will have to be ripped out entirely to be redone correctly.

I purchased my house last year june. Got flooring done from hardwood rescue. Overall engagement experience was smooth, no hassle, no surprises. The workers were very punctual and finished their work in time. Fernando was extremely responsive during the whole process. Great customer service during engagement.

Hardwood Rescue did an fantastic job refinishing our 15 year old hardwood floors. I would highly recommend this company. They provided the best pricing (out of 4 other company's in the area). The team was on time everyday and worked hard to meet a 5 day deadline. They removed\replaced our furniture, and completely finished the 1,900sqf area. The floors look amazing!

I contacted Hardwood Rescue, NC, in June of 2021 because I purchased a new house and had it painted prior to moving in. Unfortunately, the painters didn't cover the floors while painting, and there was drywall dust, scratches, and paint everywhere. If I had not contacted Fernando and hardwood Rescue NC, I would have had to install new floors. I had little expectations that it was possible, but he reassured me that it could be done. The result totally spellbound me. It looks fabulous and worth every penny! My floors look new and clean as if I had just been installed yesterday. I would recommend

From the initial quote to the finished floor, Fernando and team were a pleasure to work with and WOW what a great job they did refinishing our hardwoods. They hadn't been touched in a long time and were in rough shape, including one spot that had been replaced with a sheet of plywood due to damage. The repair to that area is seamless and the rest of the floor looks gorgeous. Highly recommend.
