Two technicians came to fix our Subzero fridge and we were very impressed. They diagnosed the problem immediately, were able to fix it quickly in one visit, and they gave us advice about how to use and clean our subzero to keep it in good working order. The price was exactly what we were quoted, which was VERY reasonable. We will call them again in a heartbeat if we have issues with our subzero. The customer service person who made the appt with us was also very professional and gave us confidence in Northeastern Appliance.
