We hired Precision Heating and Air Conditioning to replace our air conditioners that were located on the rooftops of our 3 story townhomes. 12 townhomes in all. The job was fairly complex, involving the use of a crane for several days.

Aurillo did a really great job with our furnace, he noticed we had some remodeling done based on the dust content inside the system itself. We had the vents cleaned before we moved in. He cleaned the whole thing for us, took great before and after photos to show his work. He talked to us about maintenance contracts, and how to save some money.

On a Sunday, both our furnaces went out during the start of a Chicago winter. I reached out to Precision, and Tony, the owner, responded right away. Over the phone, he was able to troubleshoot one of the furnaces to get it running. He went out of his way to ensure that we had heat through the night and arranged for a tech to arrive to service the other furnace the next day. We are now loyal customers and would give Precision Heating & Air Conditioning our highest recommendation.

This might take more than 30 seconds. I had precision con out because there was a leak on my patio. From Kim, the lady in the office to Eric and AK (I think that was his name), their service, professionalism, friendliness, expertise, and everything else was just nothing short of fantastic. I had my heating and AC unit installed about 10 years ago from Precision Heating and Cooling. Great service and great products. I had to recently have my AC unit serviced due to some animal activity on the outside of my house. Nick was able to come out the same day, problem solve my AC issue, and fix it. Nick was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I recommend Nick as well as Precision Heating and Cooling to anyone looking for great products and great service! Precision was referred by another HVAC company no longer servicing our area.
I spoke to Greg on Thursday evening. Greg came out Friday morning, we agreed on a system and price, and the work was completed by 1:30 p.m. on the following Monday.
Both installers, Ralph and Hector, are to be commended for their attention to detail and understanding the need to "get it right." Ralph spent the time needed to rewire portions of the system that were leftovers from a previous American Standard installer who gave little thought to properly doing the job.
