Barsh Construction originated as a one man contracting organization as W.H. Barsh turned his carpentry skills to contracting in an effort to work his way through Baylor University Law School. Upon completion of law school, Mr. Barsh remained in the contracting business and for forty years Barsh Construction Company thrived in the construction industry in the Central Texas area.
