I was denied service because I'm unable to wear a mask. I was ready to spend hundreds on a stove for our new house, and wanted to shop local instead of Home Depot or Lowe's.
It's not only the government causing small businesses to crumble, it's the small businesses like yours who are discriminating against individuals with health conditions. I suggest changing your policies because I've seen other negative reviews as well.
I will take my business elsewhere and also warn my many family and friends that your business discriminates.

Very disheartened after being kicked out for mask. Have a severe disability and was looking to spend my money locally instead of being forced to spend at a big box but even after discussing my ADA issue was still kicked out! This is Illegal and will be filing a complaint with the ADA!

The people and the store are phenomenal! They were able to check three things off my to-do list! Fixed my fireplace, repaired my lamp and replaced my patio umbrella cord. So thankful- and quick service too.

The place is okay, I went in there to look for a fireplace covering for our fireplace at our rental. It has a good selection but just seem a bit dated otherwise good.

The largest selection of light fixtures and heating devices that I've ever seen. Great people who work here as well. I recommend them very highly!!!
