I requested a quote, I was contacted the next day about openings at which point I scheduled one. I took off work for them to come in the morning at 9 am. The day and time came and went with a no show. A few hours later I received an email saying sorry but the guy who was going to come didn't have experience in this job and will reach out to someone else but still have not heard back.

Chris was great. He was very responsive and punctual. He came out and did some siding work as well as gutter/soffit repair. The work was done well and in a timely manner, which was really important for us as we were selling this property ad closing within the week. We were happy with the experience and will use him again.

I placed a call for a repair to a storm door that wasn’t latching. A serviceman was able to appear the same day. Chris was professional , courteous and friendly. He tackled and finished the job quickly to my satisfaction. I wouldn’t hesitate having him tackle any of my handyman projects. What a gem!!

Had an appointment scheduled Tuesday at 8 a.m. Received a text saying they couldn't make it at 7:45 a.m., asked if they could reschedule for 9 a.m. the next day. Sure. Get a text at 8:30 a.m. the next day saying they are having car issues and cannot make it and asking if they can reschedule again for the next day at 9 a.m. Okay, fine. 9:20 a.m. I text the person asking if they are planning on coming. No response. 9:40 a.m. I call - no response. 9:45 a.m. they send a text saying whatever they were working on was taking longer than expected and if they could "text me in a bit". My response: "Never

If you are looking for a contractor to provide terrible unfinished work, look no further. If you call them with work quality concerns, Mary Jo (the owner) will refuse to do a walk through to see the work for herself, she will accuse you of sabotaging the work so you don't have to pay and threaten to sue for full payment without fixing the issues. She also believes that poor work should be acceptable because, I quote "it's just a rental property". The contractor capped a drain pipe with a Tide laundry cap he found in my basement and sprayed everything with Quick Seal to finish it off
