Had them out a month or so ago to look at some bathrom projects we wanted quotes on. Said they would get back to me in a week or so. Haven't heard a peep, I've called and left multiple messages and sent several emails. Pretty solid way to run a business, jk no it's not.

We used this company in the past to redo our hall bath and were happy with the work. When it came time to replace the shower stall in the main bathroom we contacted this company again. They returned our call and came out with options within a few days. The job was started and finished in July 2019. In September 2019 we started to have a leak in our kitchen ceiling. We contacted them several times and they never returned our call. Only when my wife called from her Villanova work number, did the office manager, Rosemary, pick up. She apologized and said how hard the boys were working on other jobs

Once again writing to say that the workmanship on the job done by All Bath Concepts was of poor quality. The drain to the tub doesn’t work, the shower head has come detached from the wall, the caulking around the tub is peeling... and it’s been 1 year! Can’t wait to see what comes next.

Just finished a huge remodel. Eric Jim and Kevin are excellent plumbers and contractors. On budget and very high quality workmanship.
Especially with this national emergency they took precautions, and worked overtime to see that we were up and running. I cant thank them enough. In a emergency they worked as a team and finished ,my much needed repairs. Thank you Rose for keeping me updated and your attention to my project .

All bath concepts have redone two full baths in our home. They spent a lot of time with us to make sure we were getting exactly what we asked for providing lots of options for tile, fixtures, and even design ideas. We have a very old home and they did a great job replacing old pipes that needed replacement. From rip out to the final touches all work was done with great craftsmanship. Being in an old home we had many walls out of square after ripping it down to the studs and they made sure it was all square putting it back together. Old homes give many unseen challenges and they handled all of them

All Bath redid my master bathroom first, and returned to do my powder room. I had a limited budget and Eric was informative and candid and helped me choose what was most important to me (a gorgeous vanity and subway tile), what was realistic for my family and what gave the rooms maximum resale appeal. His team did impeccable work and always cleaned up every day. They made a job that's usually stressful into a fun experience - I actually looked forward to seeing them.

Cannot recommend this Company. We paid $23.8k to All Bath for a remodeled kids bathroom (plus we paid for vanity and other fixtures on top of what we paid them). The bathroom turned out ok however, the project was massively delayed, in part, due to All Bath (it took 4 moths of constant nagging to complete the project). When I asked for a discount on the final invoice, they reacted very unprofessionally. In the end, I paid in full because life's too short and the guy just wasn't reasonable in the least. I would not use them ever again nor would I recommend others to either.

Eric Kenney understands my limited budget and has given me money and time saving advice at every step with my bathrooms and other projects. Very responsive and professional, they do the job on budget, on time, and with care. I love that they’re a family business and have even established a plumbing school. Thanks so much.

I had All Bath Concepts remodel my 2nd floor bathroom in May 2017. They did a good job and looks good. However the issue I have is with the floor grout. I have been picking up pieces of the grout almost every day. They have sent a tech out several times to fix it, but I still have the issue. They sent a tech out on 12/6/17 to fix the grout and put a floor sealer down. They fixed the grout but did not put the sealer down. Five days later I was picking up pieces of grout again. When I notified them of the situation and asked them to schedule some one to fix the floor correctly. The response was

For the past few years we have reached out to them about the mold that grows on the grout. We have offered to pay to have it redone and we have kept it clean. The grout is rough and I think it gets in those rough spots. We called and even sent them a copy of our contract. Saw them at a home show and mentioned it and nothing. Worse investment I made. Should have checked them out more carefully. Our first experience was with Donna for the same thing. Guess my problem is I give up and keep procrastinating about going to BBB

We had our grandparents bathroom remodeled with a tub converted to shower for easier access for them to get into shower and they did an amazing job. My grandparents love their new shower. We also use them for all bathroom needs. Great company, I would definitely recommend them.
