I'd had a lot of trouble finding a place to make copies of older car keys, one being a non-US import. They figured out a way and had them made in 20 minutes (6 keys total). About $25. Great service, ability, and willingness to try in the absence of having exactly the right blank (they tried them on the car to make sure it worked before charging me). I'll only go here from now on, and I live an hour away.

Amazing Service. I've had keys made here for my apartment building for years. Finally, it was time to change all the locks and make a master system. Kevin was AWESOME. He did a walk through, quoted me, and the following week did the work. Showed up on time, did the work efficiently, communicated with my tenants, and was done in and hour and a half. I would highly recommend these guys for all your locksmithing needs.

Terrific service. I made an appointment for them to come to our house to install a new deadbolt lock on our garage door. They arrived right on time, started to install the new lock and key it to match our front door, and then politely asked if I had really wanted the lock finish color I had ordered, which didn't match our other locks. The error was mine, and the installer didn't have the right lock with him. But he finished the job, cleaned up after himself, left and returned by the end of the afternoon with the matching hardware. I had a good experience with Dion. Lost the key to my car and the car was too old to get a new one from the dealer. Ben (?) was great on the phone. Harlan came out to my house and made a new key and offered to jump start the car to make sure his key was working. Both guys knowledgable and friendly. I was not in a rush and scheduled a few days out which might have made a difference. Will call them in the future.

Super tricky situation. The key to our Vespa scooter was locked in the storage compartment. Calls to the local Vespa dealer led nowhere. Called Dions, they sent a tech the next day. He worked for over an hour to pick the lock, then more time to disassemble the workings. No luck, no charge! Came back the next day after doing some research and tried for another hour. Finally removed the whole locking mechanism and went back to the shop. Came back the next day with a newly machined key. This was definitely great service and very reasonably priced for all the work!

I am all about supporting local businesses, but would prefer going to any locksmith other than Dion's in the future.
I have gone to Dion's at least five times over the past few years to have keys remade for my car and whatnot; every time I go in they seem annoyed, overwhelmed by their current workload, and rudely rush through whatever I need help with.
I feel like a company such as this should welcome their business (as should any business, but especially a smaller, local business). However, the customer service and customer relations are so poor that I will

They were very helpful, and I believe deserve a good review. These guys probably deal with a lot of tough customers. They allowed me to tow my car in to get a new key made. There was a little bit of stress, when they thought they did not have the transponder I needed, but it turned out they did have it, and the service was very quick. Also about half as much as going to the dealer. Thank you.

My key was not turning in the ignition of my car so I took it to Dion's to have it checked out. I spoke with Harlan on three separate occasions before I finally brought it in and he was so kind and helpful during my series of questions/problems/silent meltdown. He gave me reasonable prices for a few different solutions to my problem. Working with the staff there was so easy. I would totally go back.

My company has used Dion's for more than 5 years I will NEVER use them again.
We have security keys and they HAD a system that internally they kept track of who was authorized to get duplicate keys. When I called today after a break in, requiring us of course to get locks changed, they had no record of us.
We put time into pulling prior invoices, called them back and were spoken to rudely, with disinterest and told under no circumstances would they be able to re-secure our building for at least 2 days. That's not good service, that's not even nice.
