I was really impressed with the entire team from Cortina Tile in West Springfield, MA. Everyone from the people at the showroom to the guys that came out to do the install, tile, and grout were professional and efficient. It’s not often a contractor does great quality work AND the price is fair. All of the guys that came out the home were super friendly and very tidy (no bumps to the walls or marks on the floors). If you need any tile work, I would highly recommend Cortina. Also, a great way to support a local family run business!

We picked Cortina Tile for our kitchen and bathroom tiles per the recommendation of our GC. We worked with Fiorella and Joanie at the showroom. They also helped us with the tub surround design as well as the materials to use. There was a niche in their showroom which was exactly what we wanted. We were able to take a picture and give it to the installer so he would know exactly what we wanted. When we went to order the tiles for the bathroom and kitchen, the tiles were backordered past the G.C.’s installation timeframe. Cortina Tile quickly pulled tiles that were similar to the ones we originally

Very Poor Customer Service Skills when a customer calls to discuss why their contractor was allowed to dramatically alter an order after Cortina promised they never allow that to be done. Only the customer can change the order. EXTREMELY rude Manager, he yelled at me and told me there are worse things in the world than them allowing my contractor to completely change my order on me and stick me with an outrageously higher bill to pay - AFTER guaranteeing me that they would not allow it to be done. He continuously screamed at me to "give him a break" and they have too many customers and contractors
