We had a great experience with SMART construction and the big part of that was the communication with Gary. He made me feel comfortable contacting him at any point in the process. He was patient with us and when we weren’t sure about something he explained it in a way we could understand. He was very personable which made everything much less stressful. The roof also looks great 👍

I'm an electrician and deal with contractors daily.
The field repetitive Dennis Tur, once he got the contract signed, only returned my calls after I would call his boss, or he wanted money. I had to take additional days off work because they didn't show up the first time scheduled and Dennis didn't call me either.
The roofers blew through my screen porch trim, and never offered to repair it. They also trampled my landscaping. It happens but it was and still is a mess to fix.
When replacing my skylights they ripped the old ones out and never replaced the trim or paint. I have recently learned

I highly recommend these guys. We were having a difficult time getting the insurance company to approve our roof. On the recommendation of our neighbor we called Gary at smart construction. He handled the whole claim process and Constantine managed the project. We are very happy with the result. The roof looks beautiful and was installed professionally and on time. We will definitely be calling them for other projects.

We had two projects that we used Smart Construction for, and had an excellent experience with both. First off we had storm damage to some of our shingles that they identified quickly – and helped us submit this claim to State Farm, our insurance company. When State Farm sent an adjuster to the house, a Smart Construction representative was here walking through the inspection with them. After the inspection, Smart Construction told us what State Farm was going to say and do, to try and manipulate us into accepting their offer.
