The people here are so helpful, kind and extremely knowledgeable! I needed extra car key and door keys and they knew a lot about the chips in my car key. They also made me at least 10 keys over past few months and they have always been perfect. Different car keys, different door keys always perfect! They are super nice and very helpful!!!! I scheduled Mr. Lock to update new locks (and make copies) in a newly purchased home. One of their associates came and did a great job! They replaced the locks for three doors in about 1.5 hours. All of this happened during the uncertainty of the COVID-19 "stay at home" order so I'm really grateful for their essential services! They were recommended by my realtor, glad she did!

Was once great - though for last year poor response time. Last night I needed help and their phone number referred me to another number that was not in working order - their number said they'd be back in office the 16th and it was the 19th! Earlier this year I needed locks replaced after a break in and it took days for him to have a time that was "convenient for him" as if this was now a PT gig. I need better for my family & property so i'm exploring alternatives.

Mr. Lock came out immediately when a door was broken into on property cared for by a non-profit four years ago. They installed a heavy duty dead bolt with an additional lock and the building has been secure ever since. They have installed all of our dead bolts on the exterior doors of our home. Their prices are very fair and they respond quickly. I'm delighted to have them as a member of our Mt. Washington community.

Needed just one house key, super old school with no special locks. I typically head to Lowe's but Mr. Lock is right up the street from me. I called ahead because I really didn't want to get two kids out of the car if they couldn't help me.
I checked out their website and it seemed like they only did the specialty locks and keys. However, I was pleasantly surprised when the nice man on the phone said, "come on in, we'll get you out of here in no time."

Bought a hutch with a locked door. Made several trips for different skeleton keys. Some there suggested to bring in another door from that hutch (good idea). Dropped off the door, a few days later they called. The new key snapped off in the door and is stuck. I took the broken key to Mr Lock Locksmith (the one THEY made). Man behind the counter asks, "So what do you want me to do?" He proceeded to tell me it is $65 plus whatever they do, for them to make a house call. he DID NOT offer a refund, rebate, discounted house call or nothing. As I turn to leave, he asks if I wanted

Had a great experience with Mr. Lock. They were professional, on time, and less expensive than the other quotes I got.
They called and confirmed our appointment for 2pm and showed up at 2pm. They made sure they had all my lock information prior so they could be prepared with the right equipment.
Would definitely use them again with any locksmith needs.

My company recently used Mr. Lock to install an intercom system in our office building, and they did a great job. They gave us the best deal on a simple system that totally fit our needs (rather than another company that wanted to charge us a small fortune for a system that was more complicated than what we needed/wanted, and also they were sort of trying to unload).

Mr. Lock Locksmiths is the local place to go in Mt. Washington if you need keys made or if you've been locked out. I wandered in and out of this store a lot growing up as it was on my walk to and from school.
I've always had my keys made here instead of at a hardware store. I guess I've just had bad luck with hardware stores. For some reason keys I have made at them never seem to work. I've never had a problem with Mr. Lock's keys!
