My husband and I manage a 10 unit multi-family apartment in Orange and we had one very run-down unit with years of wear and tear that needed major remediation. It all started with a water leak from one of the units above that left mold damage in the unit below. SERVPRO was recommended to us and they came out and assessed the situation right away.
