I scheduled someone to come out to look at our fridge, which had stopped cooling. There is a standard charge to have a service person come out & find out what’s not working. (Time & Labor; Happy to pay). Travis showed up on time, very cordial. We talked about the issue & he got down to work. He said our compressor was one of the best in the business & thought it might be a simpler issue. He found the starter had gone out so he replaced it & our fridge started cooling immediately. SO happy we didn’t have to buy a new fridge! I’ll be recommending WAS to others.

I've used Travis at Whidbey Appliance Repair for the last 10 years. He's always gone out of his way to make sure everything was fixed to my satisfaction. He's fixed my washer, dryer and my fridge without any further issues and has always charged a fair price.
He's come out on weekends and nights in order to get my appliances working again. I would highly recommend him for any of your appliance repair needs.

We will definitely use them again and recommend their service to friends and family. Our dryer stopped working and we had just moved into our house. We have little kids so we need a dryer. The lady who scheduled the apt was friendly and they were able to come out the next day. Travis was here exactly when he said he would be at the being of the window they gave me. I have twins sleeping and asked him to text me not to knock please so the babies wouldn’t be woken up and he did so.

I highly recommend Whidbey Appliance Repair. I called one day to request an oven repair and was scheduled the next day. The technician was right on time and diagnosed and repaired the issue very efficiently. I had previously contacted 4 other appliance repair companies to fix the oven, and they either said they did not work on my make of stove or never bothered to call me back. I will definitely call Whidbey Appliance Service again for any appliance repair.

Josh did an outstanding job of troubleshooting and fixing a "Door Open" indicator on our KitchenAid Refrigerator. It was a difficult task because there are a total of five doors and drawers, any one of which could have contributed to the problem. Josh quickly determined, with less than stellar assistance from the KitchenAid assistance line, that the problem was most likely a switch. He ordered the switch and returned and installed it when it arrived. I feel bad about giving such a low star rating. They were kind and the technician who came out to the house was kind when he was here. Bought my washing machine brand new in the middle of November. Started having issues with it in January. My washing machine is under warranty that they were contracted to fix. They made the initial appt for a week after I called my washing machine company (LG) The tech came out and looked at the washing machine and had to order the correct part. Incredible service! I had an older clothes dryer go out. The repair service was prompt, kept me posted on arrival time and were able to fix my dryer in no time. In my case, they had the part in the van. They are efficient in scheduling, prompt complete neat polite service, very knowledgeable and extremely reasonably priced as well. I highly recommend them. I would love to give them 5 stars for their service and professionalism ONCE they are at your house, but their scheduling system is asinine and only serves their convenience, at the cost of the customer. Another reviewer described their scheduling as "efficient", which I completely don't get, because when you call, they schedule you for a day. You have to keep that entire day open and void of any appointments, so they can call you that morning to give you a 2 hour window. I was told that they collected all the appointments for that day and map out the most convenient route for them, and that "customers
