The Careful Planning stage of our process is the time period during which you decide and specify how you want your dream house to look inside and out. As you might imagine, there are many details, both large and small. We at Eastmark will walk through this decision making process with you so that it does not become overwhelming.
The Implementation phase of the Eastmark home building process is the actual construction, from digging in the dirt to handing over the keys. This is when you begin to see all of the decisions you made in the Careful Planning phase begin to take form and become real. It's our job to make sure all of those details are attended to and that we communicate to you what is happening via weekly updates.
