Had a drop safe that the key pad stopped working on. The tenant called another lock smith company who responded and told them they needed to purchase a new safe for x amount. The tenant called me and I called Jeff to see what he thought. He told me he would take a look and let me know. Jeff went to the location right away to take a look. Long story short, Jeff fixed the key pad and I did not have to purchase a new drop safe. Jeff was honest and dependable. He saved me a lot of money. If you want an expert then you want Jeff of Advanced Locksmith! We bought a new home which required extensive rekeying and replacement of the cheap locks the previous owners had installed and Jeff was able to do it all easily for us. On time, reasonably priced, and always with a smile! He also sells and services safes and can provide new car key fobs if that is your need. And he's a veteran - always happy to do business with our vets. Jeff will be our go-to guy from now on. Oh, and he drives a cool retrofitted former ambulance! 😁
