I had an outstanding experience all around. The installers went above and beyond to fix some issues that were out of their control. You can tell they take a lot of pride in the quality of their work. Also, when I called with questions the owner picked up the phone. This was so much better than an experience with another company where the contact number was for a call center that relayed my information for someone to call me back "in 3 business days."

I was referred to Classic Carpet through a friend. From the initial meeting with Ron to deciding on a product and having the installation completed Ron was in touch with us throughout the entire installation. The installers are very professional and went above and beyond to resolve issues that came up as a result of installation. I highly recommend Class Carpet & Flooring.

Terrible communication with Ron. Promised install with “ classic carpet 3 man crew” and ended up outsourcing to guys who had never met Ron. Was told install was going to be between 9-10 am to only receive a call at 10 that the crew’s truck broke down. Crew showed up the next day and was only a 2 man crew. They didn’t know where the carpet was supposed to be installed. Guys worked until 8:30 that evening and ended up not having enough carpet. Ron avoids calls and doesn’t communicate. Ron blamed the former owner for the incorrect measurement. Something I didn’t want to hear. Promised

First, I will say the carpet looks great! The installers did a quality job!
Getting the job finished was for sure an inconvenience. All we were having done was the stairs and the hallway. Not a big job at all. They were to start on Tuesday morning. Evidently, morning means 10:30 or 11 am. They were here until about 3 having to come back on Wednesday. Which means my wife had to work from home again.
Again, they were going to start in the morning. At 11am they showed up and worked again until 3 or so. They now were going to have to come back on Thursday. This time I had to work from home making

Great experience! The installers tore up slate and carpet, leveled all the floors and installed LVP. This was a big job, taking two weeks plus two days. The installers were knowledgeable, professional, and accommodating to my requests. My floors are absolutely beautiful. I would definitely recommend Classic Carpet and Flooring.

We ordered our beautiful carpet from Ron and his son at the store a beautiful array of choices very pleased A professional team who were we'd , Eric and Frank came and worked very well together very efficient and pleasant to be around they were fantastic everything worked le clockwork so very happy with this efficiency and worked very well together very happy

Shawn was our flooring installer on August 23, 2021.
He did an absolutely fantastic job!! He was very pleasant and professional. The wood floor in the foyer looks great. Shawn was meticulous with his craft. We hope to have him back soon to do our kitchen floor as well. Five stars for Classic Carpet in Tallmadge!
