Company was very professional answered all our questions good price and was here 3 weeks before estimated time they did a great job
Only complaint I have is my double gate is uneven and on 5/13/21 at 730pm their truck was parked in front of the house I figured the guy was here to look at the gate but never left his truck for 5min and just left

We were told by several other fencing companies that it would be September of 2021 before they would be able to come in and install our fence. Arrow came and gave a quote mid April 2021 and our fence install is completed as of mid May 2021. super fast! the gentleman that did our estimate was nice and answered all of our questions, and the actually installers were curtious and professional and answered a few questions I had during the install. would 100% recommend Arrow!

We Couldn't be Happier, we used Arrow Years ago for our Fence and they Did An AMAZING JOB. SO we hired them again. 😊They just finished a fence for us today in the city Of Fulton. I purchased a property without a fence and desperately needed one for my 3 dogs to stay contained. The fence was installed quickly and the gentlemen doing the job were punctual and very respectful. I was impressed with the quality of work as it was the most affordable bid I received. When a had a minor issue with a gate door, the problem was taken care of almost the same day as is was reported. I would highly recommend.

Had a great experience! Andy came to our house in August and patiently sat with us explaining everything and giving advice on types of fence and other ideas. We didn’t make a decision and waited til the… following March and when we called he was very prompt and helpful. We ordered it during the coronavirus shut down and figured it would be a while but when june came around and things opened up they said we were top of the list. Scott, a salesman from Arrow Fence, was the most positive aspect of our experience with Arrow, unfortunately everything after that fell flat and we are left extremely unhappy and unsatisfied. After the install, we noticed a few minor issues such as the gate being put on the wrong way, but more importantly that black spray paint that was used for… touch up, had boldly made its mark on four slabs of brand new concrete. One of the companies employees does not like people of color. i will not do business with a company like that. hate has no place anywhere.

They installed a fence for me while I wasn't even home. They made 2 trips out prior to go over everything so everything came out exactly as it should.
The fence was installed level (as per our discussion) however my ground dipped down and there was a gap under the fence the puppy could get through. I called them at 5pm to see if they could lower it and by 7:30 the next morning they had come out to lower the fence for me.
They didn't have to do this as I told them to make it level, and they did it exactly as I told them, but they were very courteous and had it fixed my new way very quickly.

I called just about every single lumber yard and Fence Company in the Syracuse area trying to find split rail fence post. Nobody I called had them in stock and they were a two-week order. Arrow Fencing was the only place I found it had them in stock, although they were a little higher in price than some of the other quotes I received but the fact that they were in stock and I could get the job done today is worth its weight in gold. From pulling into the parking lot, purchasing the post, loading the post with arrow fence employee assistance, and driving out of the place took all of about 25 minutes

Scott and Andy were both professional. Perfect clear communication and every question I had was answered. Fence went up smoothly and my yard is on a BIG slope and they made sure it was tight to the ground for my pup. I never once had a complaint. We got 4 different quotes from local companies and arrow was the only one who told me my fence WILL be tight to the ground. Everyone else said with my hill I will have large gaps... happy I went with them and I now have a beautiful fence! And no damage at all to my yard!

Would not recommend! Short version is a well executed spray painted fence we will have to touch up for ever and we paid for a green vinyl fence! We got a few estimates from different places but thought the salesman here was super knowledgeable and very proud of his company and were instantly sold on this company. Just wanted to give these guys some props since nobody has written a review yet for them. They did my fence a little while back and we've been very happy with it. We went with basically the cheapest wood option and it's still doing great! Price wasn't bad either compared to some of the competition. We got delayed a few times, maybe because of rain, but that wasn't a big deal in the long run. I will definitely go back to these guys when the fence needs replacing in the future, I really like dealing with them.
