This place made it easy for me to remodel my kitchen. They are very accommodating the moment you walk in the door. Not only do they make an effort to greet you they make you feel welcomed. William our designer was very patient he was very attention to detail and help with our selection and made suggestions to help finalize the design. I didnt feel pressured like other companies make you feel. The other staff members also helped show us around and explained the difference between the materials. I ordered customized European cabinets. I am very detailed person and I had a lot ideas they helped me get all details figured out, very welcoming and helpful. I do recommend using their installer they can have best communication in case anything needs to adjust. In my opinion this is very important.

Very reasonable price. Quality is good. Staffs are very kind and warehouse guys are very helpful at the time of loading. And it doesn’t take long to pull out the cabinet. Also they have variety sizes of special cabinets and running good on stock of cabinet. If there are some missing they will recover very quickly.

Purchased 3 years ago - update to comment on quality

Got the white shaker cabinets from KB depot. It's been three years since we purchased the cabinets and I am very happy with the quality and the look. I just washed all the cabinets and door faces. Easy to clean! Checked for dents and scratches and they are still virtually perfect.

Came out to the "Showroom" in City of Industry. Was about 5:15 on August 17 2021, that we arrived. Website says they are open until 8:00. Was greeted by a very Asian lady that couldn't understand my English. Was passed off to another associate, and I asked for what they have in a "Shaker" style cabinet. Associate led me to the European custom design, single display....... At that point I asked if there were any English speakers among their staff, and she, and her coworkers all did the "uhhhhhhhhh","uhhhhhhhhh" "Husband will be back in 10 minutes

DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!! They door a poor job of remodeling. We used KB depot 4 years ago to remodel our bathroom and kitchen. Our bathroom is now leaking and causing damage to our house. It has nothing to do with the pipes of the shower. The leak is caused by poor installation of our shower pan. They did seal the shower well with caulk and now there is water damage to our house. TERRIBLE!!!!!!

KBDepot uses CAD to help you design and layout your kitchen. Everything has to be built but it's excellent quality and the end result is amazing!

It has been an unpleasant experience for us dealing with KB Depot to remodel our kitchen. We ordered at the beginning of December 2019. They told us it would be ready in 2-3 weeks. 6 weeks later in Mid January, some of the parts were finally done and when our contractor picked up the parts, they were defective with chips and scratches. Then we requested to cancel the transaction and request for a refund but William the owner said the damages were ok it will be hidden behind the panels and he will extend the warranty. 2 months later in March the parts / panels are still not complete, some panels

So we had pulled up a search for cabinet suppliers and this one case up so gave them a try only to end up with used parts chipped edges and overall a nightmare dealing with the employees here , no one cared to help or assist when a former employee quit and we were stuck with questions that they didn't care to help out on , in the end we had to use subpar pieces they provided and ended up regretting stepping foot in the business. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

Horrible customer service. Walked in today no one offered help. I came to a counter where there were 3 girls and one guy working the computer. Another guy outside in a desk working his cell phone. I saw a girl talking to a guy and I asked her how could I get help, she directed me to the guy on the phone who told me to sit and wait. I said I just needed information on a kitchen. He insisted I sit and wait, I told him that if he was too busy not to bother so he got up and "try"
To help. Obviously annoyed he insisted I sent my contractor to inquire. I told i just needed to know what items

CONTRACTORS BEWARE!!!!
Time is money, this cabinet supplier will tell you your order is ready then only when you show to pick it up they will let you know that someone else made a mistake and the rest of your order is at their other location, only to find that only some of it is at the other location. I was tricked 3 times(6 trips to industry and Anaheim) for one job. NGY cabinets is much more reliable.

We had a kitchen remodel done by Fullerton Cabinet 2 months before Christmas 2015. As stressfull as that sounds Joe from Fullerton Cabinet made sure that the job went smoothly and any issues were addressed immediately.

We chose white shaker cabinets and quartz counter tops with wood looking tiles for flooring. I was very impressed with the level of customer services they provided and their sales person Joe answering my calls during off peak working hours. I had an issue that the countertop was installed too close to the cabinet and Joe had his install team correct the problem the following day
