I have known and used this company for many years. The owner is commonly called "the bug guy" because, as an Entomologist, he knows everything about his industry. His company has done an EXCELLENT job reducing our costs related to bedbugs through his prevention program. They failed to complete the job. After rescheduling 3 times, they never came back to finish the treatment that was started. They have had 2 office managers this year and after calling/emailing numerous times - they state the owner is never in the office. Calls and emails to the owner also never get answered. With so many alternative options in pest control, stay away from a company that does not communicate with the customer.

Pest control services were paid for in advance for treatment over a 2 month period. The technician arrived one time and never returned. Each week the company cancelled. No one ever responded, called back, or refunded the money. I am filing complaints with the better business bureau, the office of the attorney general, and other agencies.

Called and scheduled service to roaches. Prepared to get treatments and after the first week, no one ever came back. Check was cashed and office manager and owner never return my calls or email. I thought they had gone out of business because there has been 0 communication.

The best company in the area. I have been using them since the 1990's when I purchased a home in Glyndon. I now live in Finksburg and continue to need their services. They have taken care of carpenter ants and also mice. When I asked them to use safe methods, due to concerns of a pregnant woman in the home, they came up with a safe solution. There prices are reasonable and they are professionals with a friendly appeal. They are so easy to work with, that I stick with Scientific.

These people are literally the worst. Came in to our apartment for 3 weeks and solved the problem for all of a week. When we called them to ask what their procedures are they kept saying that they couldn't tell us and that they can only talk to the apartment complex. What the hell is the point of your phone number then? I'm not asking for confidential information like the apartment building who flashed the problem, I want to know what you do while inside MY apartment and why it's CLEARLY not working. They do NOT know how to do their job. So so unhappy with everything they've

They don't do anything!!! Come in with an ongoing issue and they pull out stove/fridge throw "bait" behind there and leave. Some of them don't even do that they just look behind stove and then leave. Glue traps don't work worth crap only catches cockroaches not the actual mouse I watched run through it smh. Stay far far away!!!

Falcon Crest hired this company to come in my town house to treat and spray my home while I was at work. I have cameras all over my house and two men came into my house and did nothing but leave these little notes in the living room and kitchen table. They did nothing. What a deceitful way of running a business. Horrible

This is sad because I believe these folks do a very good job of exterminating.
However, they show great disrespect for Seniors when it comes to appointments.
I live in a building with 156 Apartments. Once every three months, all of our apartments are inspected.
We are told when that inspection will be, and we are told that no changes can be made for any reason. PERIOD!
I do not like to have people in my apartment when I am not here, so I have to make arrangements to be home when it is convenient for them to come.
I have told them that they are not to enter my apartment without me being here
