Keys All Area Roofing, Inc has two offices in the Florida Keys as well as offices in Tampa & Fort Pierce. Keys All Area Roofing established offices in the Florida Keys in 2012 with a second location in Key West the following year. WIth both offices we can service the Middle and Lower Keys quickly and can usually respond to your call with 24 hours.
Many flat roofs in the Florida Keys were not designed with a minimal slope. This results in ponding water and will shorten the life of your roof. With tapered insulation, we add a 1/8" to 1/4" slope to help shed the water, thereby giving you the longest lasting roof possible. There are several options in flat roof products.

All Area Roofing and Waterproofing is one of the most professional companies I have dealt with. They showed up when they said they would on time or even early. The crews were very helpful and explaining the process and how all the materials would go together. The clean up was immaculate afterwords. Very impressed with customer service here! Deborah and Dion simply have service figured out from what I can tell. Needed a roof inspection and estimate for repair and they got to it pronto! Can't speak to their installation, etc. because I haven't hired them yet but if their work is anything like the initial customer service I've received, they get an A++++.

Wow!! I am very Impressed by the quality work this company offers. For starters, out of all the local roofing company All Area Roofing gave me the best price. When the guys showed up at my home, they all looked very professional. They worked extremely clean which I was surprised for being a roofing company. They were constantly picking up their… trash and not once did they leave a mess behind. They also did the job fairly quickly and definitely high quality. I highly recommend All Area Roofing.
