I can't give a review since we never did business. I was given a decent price. Was paying cash. Thought highly of the salesman. Committed to the flooring. Was told to look at a new product when it came in.
Never heard another word. Hired another flooring co. Love my new floor.

My husband and I hired Carpet Express to install new flooring in the living room, kitchen, dining room, entry way and bathroom of our home. At first we were thrilled with the work! After a couple of months we noticed mold was growing around the floor where the pipe to the toilet met the floor. We called Carpet Express and they refused to come out and investigate. Instead told us it was a plumbing problem and told us to hire a plumber, then call them back when the plumber fixed the leak. We hired a plumber who came out and fixed the leak (plumber said whoever reattached the pipe had over tightened
