I don’t know what has changed, and maybe it is because of COVID, but the service is not like it used to be when Gary was working. $80 for labor to change out my in-cabin filter when you pulled it out to show me how dirty it was. If I would have said no on changing it, I wouldn’t have paid anything else, but because someone had to open a new box and place a new $15 filter in my truck I had to pay an additional $80 for labor. I understand paying for labor for the work. However, full price to open a box is ridiculous.

The vehicle I purchased was ordered and due to the chip shortage, was put on hold for a while. My salesperson, Craig Combs, was outstanding in his diligence to keep me informed of the arrival status of my Yukon. When my vehicle was finally delivered, Chad NeSmith, the owner and dealer principal, was on hand and stayed with us and the closing staff to ensure that everything went smoothly for us.
