I called Fuse after I realized that my dryer wasn't heating up - naturally I had a dryer full of wet clothes and a washer as well. They were able to visit the same day and repair the dryer with parts on hand. It took about 2 hours. Eugene was polite and professional and gave me the price when he found the broken component. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again! Highly recommended.

Dimitri and his teammate came to check our fireplace for repairs. They were polite and thorough, they used booties on top of their shoes before entering the house. They will be back next week with some parts that need to be changed…spare part delivery permitting. I would definitely recommend this service provider.

Called a dozen other “same day emergency service” companies, nobody could come out on a holiday weekend. Finally found Fuse through Thumbtack, they were able to come out 2 hours later.
Dmitri was quick and super helpful! A lose wire in our AC shorted the board in the furnace, Dmitri was able to fix it in the same session. Will definitely be using them again!
Also can’t complain about the great price too. The same service, repair and labor cost for Fuse equaled what would have been just the diagnostic cost for our old furnace company. Glad we found Fuse!

Our service repair guy DMitry was early, professional and diagnosed the problem right away, and explained all of the options we had. He advised us of things we could do to save $$ as well as services he could provide for additional fees. Our washer had a leak that we needed to have fixed ASAP.
We were able to schedule an appointment for the same day!!! We are so happy that even though it was Saturday we would be able to take care of our problem.
Dmitry showed up within the hour. He was very helpful and let us know where our washer was leaking. He was able to repair right away. We didn't have to wait for parts.

The response and appointment set up was quick and easy. When the technician arrived he was unable to pull our unit out to access the back, I alerted him that my husband could pull the unit out and and we could reschedule. The tech told me it would be better for us to call another service provider. Definitely made me fell like they simply did not want our business. Thankfully he did not charge us for the diagnostic.

Our dryer was making a loud humming sound. I searched a couple of local appliance fixing companies, and Fuse HVAC had good reviews. I took a chance on them, and very happy we did. Dmitry was very polite, respectful (wore a mask & covered his shoes), and knowledgeable. He figured out the problem and fixed it the same day. Diagnosis, labor, and parts came out to $185. Our dryer stopped working late on a Friday afternoon, and I thought I'd just buy a new one since it's pretty old. Went online and couldn't find any in stock...after calling around and talking to a few people about why so many are out of stock or are in stock but can't be delivered for like a month, I was told that there is "an appliance shortage" now, because manufacturers are in short supply due to factory shutdowns.
