We used TW Ellis to add a screen room on an existing cement slab. A set of windows and doors had to be replaced with French doors too for this to be as I wished.
Barry was punctual, friendly but professional just as all his guys were. Nice people that know their trade for sure. We have been so happy with the screen room as well as the quality of work. I highly recommend this company.

A representative came to check out house, promised a quote by a deadline a few weeks out. Missed 6 deadlines of promising to deliver the quote giving poor excuses or dodging calls, until 2 months had gone by. In the future if you cannot accommodate the work, it is easier on customers to just say so.

We recently had a deck and patio built. T. W. Ellis came recommended to us. We got an estimate immediately and building started within 3 weeks. The builders (Chris and Chris) we’re reliable and very professional. They kept our yard clean and always showed up on time. They were courteous and our satisfaction with the final product was their priority. We greatly appreciate the space they created for us. We highly recommend this company.

Had a bathroom renovated and it seemed as though they had an ever done one before. Tile was done horribly and is now cracking after 7 months. The fabricator was a relative that must have had no experience doing home improvement. Barry Ellis who's brother owns the company was Overseeing the job and I'm not sure the man has ever done a job himself!

Their employees were professional. They worked long hours. They kept the construction site as neat and clean as possible. I am very happy with our deck. We are doing a gut renovation in Hampden currently with basement underpinning. Got an estimate from him and did a walk through of the property. Gave me a rough estimate of 80K just to underpin the basement. Told him my other quotes were around 20, he said no way - I'd be lucky to get out at 60K. We actually ended up getting it done for around 17K (already finished). I waited to review until it was finished to be sure. They might do great work, but that's some mark up. To be clear, I had no work done by them and we stopped the estimate process at the basement after he gave me that value

While I never had this company do work for me I did contact them for an estimate. The owner came to my house to see what I wanted done and told me he would be in touch. I never heard a word back from the company. I even contacted them to inquire about my estimate and was told the owner was on vacation. Waste of time!

Although there were a few minor "bumps" throughout the process, we are very satisfied with our new kitchen and our new deck. The staff was very professional and they were very quick to fix the minor mistakes that could have happened to any contractor.
