Lake Shore Paving, Inc. is so much more than just an asphalt paving company. Founded in 1998 by Steve Lindstrom with the promise of offering quality workmanship while instilling an employee first culture within. Approaching 25 years later son Mark Lindstrom has taken the lead as President and continues with the same mission mindset.
Lake Shore Paving has a fleet of excavators and dozers and we are able to perform any size site clearing, building demolition and excavation job. Our equipment is equipped with Trimble GPS machine control so our crews can work efficiently and accurately. We have performed excavation for building foundations, roadways, parking lots, site utility trenches, turf fields and many more.
Lake Shore Paving has the knowledge and experience in the installation of underground utilities. Our crews are trained on the proper installation techniques and safety of working in trenches. We have experience in the installation of sanitary and storm sewers, manholes, storm water detention systems, waterlines, box culverts, and manholes.
Lake Shore Paving offers only the highest quality sealer. We use a product from Star Seal that is a coal tar based sealer that exhibits durability in both cold and hot temperatures. Along with our sealer we fill cracks in the pavement using a rubberized crack filler that meets the latest NYS DOT specifications.
