Since 1992, the owner of Premier Building and Remodeling, Ken Simon, has built a reputation for quality and a high level of craftsmanship.

Premier building and remodeling was wonderful to work with on our room addition. Living in a log home, we knew adding on would be tricky but they did a wonderful job! It’s exactly what we were hoping for. During construction we came across some large, unplanned issues with our roof and they were beyond accommodating to make sure we were completely taken care of and satisfied. They adjusted their crew to make sure our project was complete before our expected baby was born, even with the additional work. Their attention to detail was beyond compare.
