I hired Volcano to overlay about 5,100 sf of stamped pattern concrete on my existing driveway, which was in very good condition. The job was completed last February. After less than 7 months, we noticed several cracks on the surface of the stamped concrete. There are more than 20 cracks throughout the driveway. I contacted Bruno and showed him the cracks. He claimed they are normal hair-thin cracks and refused to repair them. Some cracks are as wide as 1/16". I asked him if cracks have appeared after only 7 months, how will it look like after 2 years? He had no answer. I paid him close to $40k

I chose Volcano Concrete based on all of the great reviews, and I’m glad that I did. Bruno and his crew are top notch. I had a new driveway and patio put in with a sidewalk linking the two around the side of the house, as well as a short walkway from the patio to the front door. They knocked it all out within a week. They were very responsive with any concerns that I had, which was a huge relief. Also the crew did an outstanding job of being careful of not damaging the the house or anything on the property, and when they were finished they cleaned up and left the area in great shape. While extremely responsive to the criticism on this post, he has not responded in private when asked to discuss this. I have attached photos of concrete splatter on the house and windows, the cracks (that I have no doubt are structurally sound) and my favorite the "texture" that holds water (weird the rest of the texture on the pavers do not) that we have to worry about everyone who visits the house slipping on.

Bruno and the team from Volcano Concrete recently expanded our driveway and redid the old culvert, adding bumpers to the side. Bruno arrived promptly for a quote and had good suggestions on how to improve the functionality of our driveway area at an affordable price. Before, the driveway narrowed down to a single car width at the street with a partially collapsed culvert that often clogged with leaves and debris. A job well done, Bruno and his crew did an excellent job from beginning to end and we could not be any happier. We decided to redo and expand our drive way, and create a back patio. From the moment Bruno arrived to provide an estimate, he was very courteous and knowledgeable about the work, and even provided ideas of how to make our project look nicer. We were very comfortable with the price and ended up going with a stained concrete driveway and patio.
