Midwest Pest Control was the top-recommended pest control company to us in our neighborhood. We decided to give them a try and hired them to remove all the ants in our house. Called 2 weeks after service leaving detailed voicemail that service was ineffective, no return call, had to call again later that week. Ring camera shows the very sparse and inconsistent application. Office employee lied about 30 days guarantee after service when we initially signed up for treatment. House was sprayed for box elder and exterior bugs, literally NO IMPROVEMENT. When called company, they said it’s a “6-8 week knockdown period” and that they wouldn’t stand behind it.
