Love this place. I have had my storage here since 2016. This place is the best. Easy going atmosphere. Clean and neat. Would recommend to everyone. The staff is the greatest. Always a hello . No place better.

Highly Recommend! In February 2020, we rented a pull-behind UHaul Trailer from Home Self-Storage. The Owner's at Home Self-Storage did not have a pull behind trailer at their facility. They ended up running down to Bangor, PA to pickup the pull behind trailer to meet our reservation needs. Apparently, most UHaul rental places charge or do not do this.

Anyways, on the day of our move, we picked up the pull behind UHaul trailer from Home Self-Storage. The lady and gentleman in the office went above and beyond to help us out with our rental and make our moving experience much smoother

The best customer service and the mans name is Bruce and he's the nicest person working at a storage rental place I've ever met. I was helping a friend of mine get some of her things out of storage. She called while we were 5 minutes from arriving so she could make sure he was there for her to pay her monthly bill. She talked to Bruce. He told my friend he wasn't in the office at the moment but he would be. We were there for 35-45 minutes. As she pulled up to the office, Bruce was right there at her car door. She was handed a receipt after paying. She didn't even have to get out of the car. Great

Thanks for all of the help. You made my move less stressful and easier than I expected. I did my homework and found you have the best rates. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They processed the U-Haul rental return while I was finishing moving in my locker and they took it from there.
