Based in Texas, Acuity was founded in 2001 and is one of the largest independent technology consulting firms in the United States. Acuity's core business is planning, designing and managing the implementation of complex technology solutions for some of the largest corporations, technology firms, universities and medical centers.
It was during 9/11 that David Haley made the decision to start a Technology Consulting Firm where its' people live and work by a code that everyone could believe in. Along with 3 other colleagues, Acuity set out to become the best firm in our industry. Throughout the early years, times were difficult and growth was hard, but each trial and tribulation has bedrocked a foundation that is incredibly firm.
Having integrity means you stand for something. That you live by a Code; that you strive every day for your actions to align with your beliefs, and that you make a difference. Our Code is based on the simple belief that if you put the client first, not only will the project be a success, but you will also have a relationship that lasts a lifetime.
We recognize that we are better together. While we work hard and are seriously committed to our clients, we believe that family time is the reason for the hard work. However, that doesn't mean we can't have fun. So, we believe in weaving family, fun, and work together. This is exemplified in the events that you will see here.
