Update: after I called him out for charging my neighbor half the price he quoted his "hourly" rate to be. Telling him I am not able to afford $150 hourly rate sorry. The next day He responds very rudely telling me to "have a nice life and good luck finding someone to do this job for anything less." I have already hired someone to do this job for $50, cause well it was a rather easy job I could do myself if I wasn't injured. This guys attitude is one of those people that probably changed for the worse during this trying time. I wouldn't allow this negativity into my

I highly recommend Dan! He is honest, on time and has great communication skills. He is also educated in many different areas of home improvement and offers great pricing. I am so grateful that I stumbled upon him. He took a nightmare shower issue I had from a prior installer and made it SO much better!
