Full Service is by far the most requested pool cleaning package. Everything is taken care of so our customers have nothing to worry about except enjoying their pool. This is the first step. We use a mixture of PoolBoy Pool Soap mixed with muriatic acid which creates a gel-like substance. This mixture is added to our brush pad which will help remove the scum, oils and other organic matter that can build up on your tile line.
With our chemical only package, you are able to still get the benefits of having a professional maintain your pool's chemical levels at a very affordable price. Cleaning the tile, skimming the surface, vacuuming, brushing and cleaning the filter will all be the customer's responsibility. After every visit, we will leave a business card so you know that your pool tech was there to test and treat your pool.
There are a few reasons why your pool could turn green. First, a pool that has no chlorine for an extended period of time has no way to kill off contaminates in the water. This is the most common cause. Another cause of algae blooms is a high number of phosphates in your water. Your phosphate levels can be elevated from the natural waste left behind from swimmers in the pool.

Mark is awesome. We had Cleveland Pools for 3 years thinking that they were the best in the business. To be fair to Them they were good for the first 2 years, but this year things changed as we received basically a drive by cleaning. After giving Cleveland Pools several chances to make things right we finally fired them and called Mark from Swordfish Pools. From the beginning Mark has exceeded our expectations by going up and beyond our agreement which is very different from the early days of having Cleveland clean our pool. Mark has done a great job of taking care of our pool and equipment. He goes above and beyond his scope of work to make sure that we are completely satisfied. Mark always does such a great job cleaning and maintaining my pool! We had so many spots in our pool from a bad experience with another company, the first week he was there he had them gone. I was so impressed, he is very knowledgeable. We have three kids and he always goes over and beyond to make sure the pool is perfect for the kids.
