I brought in a sliding window to get the glass replaced, from beginning to end the transaction was smooth and on point. The staff is very nice and professional. The prices were competitive and reasonable (they didn't try to rip me off) they are running an honest business that is hard to find.
I highly recommend Barstow glass and mirror and would definitely be returning customer.

"Very Bad Service." Worst business service experience ever. On Monday, January 20, 2020, I gave the go ahead and she told me small bathroom window frame with replaced glass will be ready Friday. On Friday, they tell me now it is Tuesday. Then Monday, she calls me and tells me she does not know when it will come in. Maybe Tuesday or maybe the following Friday, or maybe past that. I was promised same week and would have gone elsewhere if she did not lie the first time. Order cancelled. Never again and maybe lawsuit.

They do a great job and they install very quick good quality windows and all were very friendly they come measure the windows that you want done, then it takes a couple weeks to have them put in because they have them made... we also had them replace a broken window... that didn't take them long to replace because I think they keep that stock

Unprofessional & unreliable service! I had scheduled for a window repair, when I called the sooner availability they had was 9 days away from the day I called. At 8am on the 12th, day they were scheduled to do the repair they said they had bad news, they were not able to replace my window due to 1. The window being too large & it needs two people to instal it. 2. They said on their street (Main St) it was so windy but on my street right up the street from them it was not windy at all, maybe a SLIGHT breeze to give them the benefit of the doubt. While securing some foil to my bedroom window, the glass pane (~47x23x0.09)) broke / shattered into shards. I was a bit PO'd as I was to travel the next day and there would be no one home for a couple of days to receive / assist with any repair people. I called Barstow Glass & Mirror around 12:50pm and gave them the details. They said they would call me back later. My friend (owner) arrived and called Barstow Glass & Mirror as well, before they had a chance to call me back. It seems that they had already made arrangements and were on the way. Two friendly and courteous repairmen arrived

Really friendly over the phone and very helpful. I was quickly helped when I went in and they cut the glass that I needed right then and there was very friendly and very helpful. Most places you go would rather have you wait and give you terrible customer service or say that they can't do it right then because they are lazy! So thank you so much for your help and taking good care of me I highly recommend going there for any of your glass needs.
