Please save yourself frustration and go elsewhere. We ordered our cabinets on July 26th 2021. It’s January 3rd 2022 and we still don’t have them all. They told us everything was coming on October 11th, even days before. We started working on our kitchen and demo. October 26th they finally said the cabinets were actually coming. When they showed up half were missing and we had to find out why because Direct Depot had no idea. Turns out the distributor had them on back order and Direct Depot never let us know. We used Vista and knew there was going to be delays but Direct Depot had terrible communication

Whatever you do stay away from this place. I was unfortunate enough to order my kitchen cabinets because the designer we hired worked with them in the past. I paid for very simple no detailed kitchen cabinets on May 6th and I still don't have the kitchen cabinets. They were supposed to be delivered at the end of June or beginning of July. I get a few cabinets every couple of weeks after phones calls, begging cajoling and nothing seems to help. they still didn't deliver my upper cabinets, the wall oven cabinet and one cabinet from the island. this prevents the designer from finishing the kitchen

Direct Depot Kitchens came highly recommended, but sad to say I had a disappointing experience. I wanted to work with Bill, but was told he "retired" and worked with Jeff. Initial visit and design went well but since then it's been weeks and I have zero response from Jeff on the design and price proposal. And this was after numerous texts and calls to follow up. Thank goodness the discussion didn't proceed further to the price payment stage, the response would almost certainly be worse then.

I had a great experience in designing my new kitchen. We started to look for cabinets before covid pandemic started and were afraid that it will delay the process . But Bill was great in designing, was always patient and available via video conference and in person . He even shared with us his Magic immunity tea and still keeps in touch like a good friend.Thank you Bill for all your help.

Bill was great! It was a great experience to see all the possibilities of remodeling kitchens, family room, and bathrooms with their large in-house show room inventory. Large selection of brands. So many color schemes on display help undecided first-time home buyers find out what they like for big renovation projects. Bill even discussed appliances from modest to high end budget. Lots of parking on site.

My daughter recently purchased a condo that needed new kitchen cabinets. We went to Direct Depot because I was a previous customer many years ago. We were greeted by Amber who introduced us to our project designer, Walter Marano. Walter took his time and explained in great detail, cabinet selection and design, to me and my daughter. Through his creativity he came up with a design suitable for her needs. Not only did he exceed her expectations, when there was some customer service issues Walter made himself available to rectify the problems on his day off.
