Our granddaughter's ac went out Saturday night. Her apartment was 95 degrees, so she needed immediate service. The handyman was useless. I called three A/C repair shops, but Patrick is the one who responded. By the way, it's Monday and I still haven't heard back from the other two.
Patrick said that he'd go out within one hour, which he did. He accidentally crossed lines and had to replace the motor. He came back with a new motor and installed it for free. No charge for the motor or installation! Who does that???? Answer-Patrick. The AC works great. We are extremely grateful

So let me start by saying that PATRICK IS DA BEST!!! We were in Palm Springs for da weekend and da damn AC went out during a heat wave...here we are at 9:00 at night and da house was 92 degrees!!!! Oh wutda hell!!!! Da owner of da house was on it lick-a-dee split...after calling 5-6 different place "RIGHT AWAY AIR" came through...Patrick was very professional & after about an hour and a half hallelujah we had cold air again!!! Did I mention that it's a FRIDAY night...so big ups to Patrick!!!! I would definitely call dem when your in a jam or just plain call dem!!!!

The Right Away Air Conditioning team that came to our house was professional. They explained the process of the duct cleaning to allow us to make the necessary adjustments to continue our work from our home offices. They did a great job of cleaning up after the duct cleaning and adding insulation to the area over our garage. Our clean-up was minimal, and for the type of work they completed, surprised us. We were thankful. As well, Patrick and staff who set up the appointment were helpful and flexible to find a time that worked into our schedule. Great work!

He took the time to walk me through potential issues and solutions, and even offered me some possible costs to help ease my mind. A tech was at my door in 20 minutes (this was at 7pm on a weeknight). After buying a new washer/dryer I was very upset when I kept getting an error message on the dryer that the vent was blocked. I thought we had cleaned everything before the new machines arrived. After some research I realized that we had not cleaned the vent, that runs up into our attic. After calling a number of companies, Right Away just stood out as a professional and knowledgeable company, so we went ahead and booked there service. This is a long overdue review of a terrific business. Patrick and his crew did a wonderful job of rehabilitating my A/C units which were in dire need of help after about 25 years of deferred maintenance. Patrick and his team did an excellent job cleaning my air ducts and dryer vent yesterday. I have had work like this done in my last home in No Cal but never as thorough a job. They explained all of the work being done while in process. Great job setting up with drop cloths and followed with excellent clean up once the process was complete. If you want a complete house duct cleaning I would highly recommend this company.

I have a vacation rental out in La Quinta and a guest family with a small child got to the home about 5 hours after I left. The house was 78 when I left and 90 when they got there. In the interim period a motor had died in the AC system. I called Patrick based on reviews here on yelp and he was out there within 45 minutes of the call and diagnosed it in about 10 minutes, got the part (at night), and had it repaired quickly. He came to us on a rainy day. He and his helper put shoe covers on their shoes as they stepped into the house. They put a tarp over my hardwood floors to protect them from his ladder.

Patrick installed my new AC. I did not give him five starts because, although I am happy with my AC and Patrick in general, everything did not go perfectly. I am suspicious of anyone whose ratings are always five stars. In fact I almost did not hire Patrick because he had so many five-star ratings.
