Not the friendliest tree "service."
My neighbor hired these guys to trim her tree. They entered MY yard, removed my seasoned wood pile and kindling stack -- without asking. When I reported this to the guys still working, they did nothing, to restore it. When I called the company, they came and threw an armful of some fresh green limbs, riddled with green leaves, randomly in my backyard -- as compensation.
I am not happy with this outcome, nor with this company's behavior. I told them I would gladly take the sawdust they made from my wood pile that they took; they did not respond.

I have a large raspberry patch which was being shaded by two mulberry trees growing in their midst; this reduced the sunlight reaching the bushes and my crop yield. I needed to have a tree service remove the mulberry tress without damaging the raspberry bushes. I believed that the Friendly Tree Service was my best hope of getting the job done right. Excellent service. They called to see could show up ahead of scheduled time. I said yes, they were there in half hour. They came the machine they call "spider", and started. Another machine showed up later. With 2 machines they were done in a few hours. I would definitely recommend Friendly Tree Service.

This is the second time we have used Friendly Tree and I cannot recommend them highly enough. We had a tough situation with a tree that was about to fall on our home. John and staff made our situation a priority and within 24 hours a giant, old tree was safety removed. A large stump was ground down, and our backyard was left in pristine condition. No games. Fair pricing. Professionals taking care of business.

Friendly Tree Service is the best. I needed them to survey my property to determine the health of 2 of my trees. They were able to tell me what the issues were and also refer me to an environmental company that could help me out. I communicated with Friendly Tree Services via email. Even though they came out to my house to cut down the trees, I never met anyone in person....that was ok, because they did an excellent job in cutting down my trees, removing the stumps and cutting down my ornamental grass.

My property sits on a slight elevation with a dip between mine and my neighbors backyard. This created an awkward sight line directly into each other's decks and outdoor dining space that we could do without. John came over in person, reviewed the yard and described in detail what he could do to create some privacy for us. Not only have they delivered (and then some) but they've also come back for 2 more projects on our property. These guys were amazing with everything from the start to the finish. I called for an estimate and they came within a day or two. They emailed me an estimate and their pricing was more then fair. After I agreed, they were really quick with coming to do the job (2 days later). Their crew is very professional and handled the job perfectly. The way they cut down the trees was very safe and efficient. They also cleaned up any mess that they made on the job. It was amazing to watch really. I will definitely be referring them to other people and I will be calling them in the future for any needs regarding
