I recently had Tichenor's refinish a cabinet to match an existing piece of furniture, the time and care they took to do this was exceptional. And the two pieces match beyond perfect. I couldn't be more pleased. I would recommend them in a heartbeat to do the same for you.

My 40 year old wall clock had fallen and the case was damaged, the door was half off, the top broken and many scratches. I took it in and Ken, who refinished it noticed the case had been rather poorly repaired about 15 years ago. He said it would take about 2 weeks but only 3 days later it was done and done beautifully. I can't find any signs of the first repair and all the signs of the recent damage are gone. This was done for under $200. I would definitely recommend Tichenor's.

I have had several pieces of furniture reupholstered at Tichenor's and found Mary, the owner to be very helpful and easy to work with. Especially if you choose high end fabric, you must be prepared that the cost will be similar to purchasing a new item, but if the frame is of good quality, it will be worth it. They do great work and on the last couple of items we dropped off, she told us 6-7 weeks. My wife mentioned that we were going to visit my son for his 21st birthday in 4 weeks and wondered if that was possible. She said she thought, so and I just received a call at about the 2.5 week mark
