I have never dealt with a Cesspool issue before and when my plumbing was not working correctly I figured the cesspool may be the issue. I called. I spoke to George who was personable, and concerned about my problem. He and his son came to my home within an hour. They pumped my cesspool and even checked it out and gave me feed back about what I have done correctly regarding maintenance, and what I can do to better maintain my system. They explained what they were doing, and why and how the system benefits from pumping, aerating and chemical treatments. Highly recommended.

I had what I thought was a clog back up my pipes and cause a small flood in my basement on a Thursday night around 7pm. I called Murphy’s under the assumption “all cesspool company’s are the same” when they showed up and got right to work they proved me wrong, George and his son showed up and even though I could tell they’ve been at it all day they were both in a great mood and made my experience with them very personable: almost felt like I had family over to help me out. George and John are terrific. They were super responsive, professional, competitive on pricing and overall a pleasure to have at my home. They instilled complete trust that my cesspool would be running efficiently and safely, and that it is back to a clean starting point. They were honest about dinging a sprinkler line and clearly marked it for repair. I highly recommend Murphy's without reservations. The other initial review is way off base and should not be considered when hiring George.
