Rose and Jessica were very nice and helpful on the phone. Rose fit me into their schedule that day and two nice gentleman showed up a few hours later. Great teamwork and very professional. I will definitely use Bartlett and Steadman from now on!

Highly recommend Bartlett and Steadman. We had to replace our AC and furnace and received three estimates from very well known area businesses. We chose Bartlett because Michael was very thorough in his explanation of the processes and equipment and very knowledgeable. Prices were all competitive. The job took two days. They use in house plumbers and Jesse and his team were great. Macomber was the electrician and he was very professional and knowledgeable and installed new thermostats as well. Overall an excellent job and this company deserves 5 star for being professional, knowledgeable, reliable

Incredibly great service and high quality professional work. I had them come in after another plumber couldn’t figure out what was wrong with my shower. Jason from B&S showed up and diagnosed and fixed it right away! This guy was amazing. Very knowledgeable and professional. If you need plumbing done well, get Jason. The guy is a real pro!

What a great experience! Jason and Jeff were friendly, competent, thoughtful & took their time to make sure our A/C was working properly. Then, we asked them to take a look at our water heater and that was no problem for them with no added fee, even though we only made the appointment for our A/C to get checked. They gave us a quote to replace it. We would specifically request Jason & Jeff to replace our water heater. After their visit, we thought, "Wow, well this was fun! It was great to meet them." Highly recommend this family-run business! Wouldn't go anywhere else!

The team from Bartlett and Steadman just left our home after completing all of the required work for our oil to gas conversion. My husband and I can’t commend the team enough for the fantastic job they did. The whole team absolutely exceeded our expectations! These projects require a great deal of coordination with other vendors and National Grid and these guys made it happen with ease. The team of Jesse and Kyle were very pleasant, very professional, easy to communicate with, focused on every last detail, and very patient with our endless questions. When the job was done our basement was cleaner

Our heat stopped working during a cold snap. The gentlemen from Bartlett and Steadman came out right away, seemed to have a very good idea about what was going on, before even looking at the system, and had the issue fixed within an hour. They were polite and friendly the entire time, very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and explained in detail what was wrong, and worked quickly to restore warmth to our home. I was afraid we were facing a thousand dollar project but it was actually a fast, affordable service and they made it look easy. I feel very lucky to have found this company. Thank

And each interaction has included excellent service, friendly, knowledgeable and patient technicians, as I’ve pestered them with questions about the work, the products and how to better maintain everything they’ve touched and more.

We have used B&S ever since we moved back to MHD (some 45 years now), and we have always been impressed with their professionalism, timeliness, and -- in some cases -- sympathy for our plumbing dilemmas. Jessie and Steve came to help with a clogged drain. They were able to get the cap off of a very old trap through persistence and creativity trying several different things without giving up. Other plumbers in the past wouldn't even attempt to get the cap off. They found two broken pipe snakes and were able to clear the drain! They saved me a lot of money and headache by getting this cap off! They were professional and got the job done!

We hunted around for a while looking at different companies on the north shore that could do a full furnace conversion for us to a high-efficiency furnace. Keep in mind, this is NOT a simple job. There was a lot of adaptation as our house was built in 1918 and the old furnace was not easy to deal with. We got a lot of quotes and although Barlett and Steadman didn't come out as the lowest cost - the people we talked to highly recommended them. So, we gave them a shot. We honestly couldn't be happier with the results. They completely gutted our oil-burning furnace and hot water heater and install
