Guess they make so much profit they dont need my business. I went by to get a quote 2 weeks ago and still nothing. I had taken my measurements and was told I would have a quote soon. Called 6 days ago and they stated they would get on top of it and had some excuse for the delay. still no quote... If this is the front end customer service I would hate to see how they respond after they had my money and a issue were to arrise.
Update...after writing this review I received the estimate the next day. Exactly 2weeks to get an estimate. Pricing was very high.

Bo Jangles on this visit was a joke. not only did we not get what we ordered, but we had to pay for it twice. Waited almost an hour for our food and then was lied to when they told us the cashier didn't hear what we said except she repeated our order back to us and asked us if we wanted to make it a combo. manager was stern and not comforting to the situation and then had the same cashier ring up the 2nd order instead of handling her self insuring the mistake would not recur. worst visit I've had.
