These guys were great!! Installed a brand new garage door and motor. All in under two hours! The price was right. They have been incredibly nice and easy to deal with addressing any and all concerns. There was a small hickup with our motor a month after the install. They came out immediately and replaced the unit. Yes I'll recommend Door Pros all day long!!

Nothing worse than when your garage door gets stuck going halfway down. Worse, is when manual release and resetting does not help. Compound it with happening on a Saturday. That's what happen. Called, and I got lucky to have a tech come that afternoon. Now, of course the door didn't have symptoms when the tech came. However, the guy knew what I was describing. Two option solutions were presented. Adjust the scew with what little was left to adjust and gamble, or get a new LiftMaster. The solution was simple with a 19 year old LiftMaster. Go New! Issue solved without a headache.

We chose to purchase a new door largely due to his efficacy and soft-sale-but-candid dialogue on the pros and cons - which confirmed our reasoning. Not sure what you’re paying him, but he’s worth every penny - you’ve got a real ‘door pro’ in your lineup!! We’ve had nothing but positive experiences with Door Pros!!

DOOR PRO was recommended to us by our homeowners association. Our aging main garage door came to a stop. DOOR PRO sent Mark to give us a hand. He determined quickly that the motor was shot (confirmed earlier by our maintenance man) and that a new unit should be installed. Mark completed all the work in a little over an hour; he was a complete professional in every way and… Most importantly the door operates perfectly and you can hardly hear a sound. We have been in the rental business for 25 years and Mark and DOOR PRO would clearly be in the top five vendor list.

We had Door Pros install a new Liftmaster garage door opener a couple of months ago. The job was done well, the guys worked clean, the installer took the time to explain how everything worked - including setting us up on the cell phone with the app to use remotely. He was really patient and made sure we were completely satisfied with everything before he left.

I called Door Pros based on a recommendation from our handyman. He said they did amazing work to restore his sliding door to working conditions. Boy, he was soooo right!
Travis and Isaiah arrived as scheduled and took a good look at both sliding doors. They recommended replacing rollers, but not sure if what they stock on the truck would work if they needed to order and provided a fair quote for the work.
Once they got the window off, they realized we have "mondo" windows - they're very soundproofed due to being in the airport flight path - and the heavy duty rollers cost more

I cannot imagine why we waited so long to get our aging sliding door serviced. Had we known how easy it would have been to work with Door Pros, I'm sure we would have done this a long time ago. The technicians showed up on time, wore masks, were friendly, professional and wow...our door glides like an Olympic skater on ice now!! My experience with door pros was it they are professional efficient reactive polite responsive and get the job done right. Initially there were no whole times and the representative shared with me how I can best get this taken care of right away. When Jason came he was polite and had my Garage door fixed quickly the price was right as well it is rare that we see excellent customer service anymore door process the exception and still make their customer feel appreciated I have replaced all of my decals with the old garage door company with decals and say Door Pros. I sincerely hope you try them

I Have used this company many times for different properties. The only thing I can say is they come to you with everything needed on the truck no running back and forth. they fix the problem explain what is needed and why. I never felt I was sold a bunch of not needed stuff. I think when you are ready for your checkup or repair call Door pros get it fixed or tuned up from only the best.

Door Pros is fab! Our cars were stuck in the garage due to broken springs on the garage door. They were really busy due to emergencies that day but came late on a Saturday to solve our problem. They are true pros! Jason was knowledgeable and fast. I've also used them for sliders. Great at all thing door related! I like that you know when the technician is en route through the test alerts.

Oh the joys of remodeling....we bought a condo that had black screen doors on all three patios--ancient contraptions almost impossible to open and close. Our management company directed us to Door Pros for replacements. When dealing with remodel companies you want three things: reliable communication, perfect workmanship and reasonable cost.
