I couldn't be happier . I came 45 minutes from my home to buy from H Winter Tile because of their reputation and I'm glad I did . 1000 sq ft of tile came in a different color. My very knowledgeable sales rep, Dawn , asked me to bring in the tile to show her. Instead of disputing my claim , her and the manager agreed it was a different color and they are replacing it free of charge . I know that other tile places would NOT have replaced it . If I could give zero stars I would!
This is regarding Preston, their preferred tile installer who supposedly has 30 years experience. We paid him $2000 down. Listened to his excuses for not staying on the job. He said he needed us to hire a guy to rip up the floor. Another 1800.00.
Tips everything up, dust everywhere has the guy lay the sub floor, my husband puts 3 coats of waterproof on top. This is 2 weeks later. Preston comes we think he's going to start laying the tile. No, he tells us he doesn't know how to do the job! What!!!
Now we're out money, and scrambling to find someone to finish

Went here to look at flooring tile. Saleswoman said she had 10 min until her next appointment. We showed her tile and countertop samples we'd chosen from another tile store. Her first suggestion was perfect. We signed papers and left. Great place.

After seeing the limited selections and qualities of tiles at the big box stores, when I went into H Winter I thought I died and went to heaven. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. Their pricing is not the cheapest but considering the selection it’s worth the modest premium over the big boxes. I went with a wall tile that was in stock and quite reasonably priced. The floor tiles I used were ordered from the manufacturer which took less than a week for delivery. When installing I noticed a couple of those floor tiles had manufacturing blemishes and H Winter credited me for a whole

So much to choose from. It's almost overwhelming..... but in a good way. If you can't find the tile style or design you are looking for at this store, then maybe you should just give up on your project and paint it instead, because they have everything in tile you need or want.
