They are ALWAYS willing to help. Be sure and stop in to get your outdoor shed and mower locks greased with the special oil to keep them from freezing. Learned the hard way WD40 no no. So kind of this business to offer assistance without really asking for money. Tipping works well at businesses like this.

Very rude. We needed a key fob for our car done. I got a new one off ebay from a seller with very good feedback, since it was way less than one from Dodge. He rudely said he does not do keys off ebay, since half of them are bad and will net be programmable. Would not even let us take the risk, since we are paying. Insisted that we had to buy a new key fob through him. We went elsewhere.

Hired Al's to adjust all of the locks on our house. Terry showed up, worked for an hour then said he needed to order parts which would be in in a week. That was August 2018. He never returned to finish the job or never called back. Poor service.

We were here visiting, walking on one of the nature trails and I locked the keys in the truck. It was 93 degrees and we had our dogs. I called and within 15 minutes they were here and unlocked out truck. Thank you!!!

Hi, I am Julia. Al of Al's Locksmithing deserted the community during one of our most dangerous winter storms. What is worse he deserted one of our disabled during dangerous weather.
Al was called by AAA to unlock a Subaru on Joanne's ranch near Keno. The Subaru is the only means of transportation for Kathy, Joanne's daughter. It is a lifeline. There were raised hopes the keys were in the car and not lost in the snow.

They didn't have the speciality key I needed (nobody does, it has to be ordered), but these guys were the nicest lock guys I've ever ran across.

These guys are great. They go above and beyond to solve your key issues. In our case, we had a bad original key, so after trying to duplicate that key several times, they gave us a new lock with a set of keys for no extra charge. "THEY ROCK the LOCKS!"

Dash Delivery - we called with a driver locked out in Klamath and no spare keys in the area. The responded VERY fast and our driver was back on the road so quickly we didn't miss a beat. Excellent service.

I have been known to have some pretty funny blonde moments and last night quite possibly could have been my funniest to date. Around ten at night, I excitedly walked out my front door so I could go grab some grub. I locked the inner lock and shut the door, imagining the juicy burger and crispy fries filling my tummy.
